Please note that all products purchased from Coway USA, Inc. must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Coway USA, Inc. will pay for return freight only if the return is a result of our error (incorrect product shipped, product defect, etc.).

Coway USA, Inc. Returns Policy

If you wish to return any product purchased from Coway USA, Inc., please contact our toll-free Customer Support Center at 1-800-285-0982 prior to returning your merchandise.

To receive a full refund for an item purchased from Coway USA, Inc., please follow these three steps:

1. Call the Customer Support Center to initiate your return and to identify the correct return shipping address and method.
2. Package the item(s) to be returned in the original Airmega packaging.
3. Send your returned item(s) shipping prepaid to Coway USA, Inc. within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.

Please allow 4-8 weeks for return processing. Products returned to Coway USA, Inc. will receive a full refund and Coway USA, Inc. will pay for the return freight only if the return is a result of our error.
