Money Back Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of a new Coway USA Inc. device (“Product”) that you purchased on www.cowaymega.com, you have 30 days from the shipped date (90 days for Bidetmega 150, Bidetmega 200, Bidetmega 400) to notify Coway USA Inc. and request a refund of the purchase price. To qualify for a refund from Coway USA Inc., you must meet all of the conditions of Coway USA Inc.’s Return & Refund Policy, found below. If you purchased the Product from an authorized reseller, you must request a refund directly from the reseller. Returns to resellers are subject to the reseller’s return policy, which may differ from Coway USA Inc.’s.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days (90 days for a Coway Bidetmega Product) from the shipped date.

  1. To request an RMA, you must contact our customer service team via our telephone at 1-800-285-0982 or via email addressed to info@cowaymega.com.
  2. Coway USA Inc., must receive the returned Product within 30 days after an RMA has been approved. Returns received after 30 days or more after the RMA approved date may be refused and returned at sender’s expense.
  3. Any accessories originally included with the Product you purchased must be included with your return.
  4. Coway USA Inc. may require that you furnish proof of purchase details and video footage to obtain an RMA.
  5. Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged), in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection. Please ensure that any previous shipping labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely.
  6. All shipping, handling, and processing costs on refunds is your responsibility.

Additional terms and conditions:

  1. To ensure successful delivery, returns must be shipped by verifiable tracking number (UPS, USPS, FedEx). Tracking number must be provided to Coway customer service when shipping the refund item.
  2. You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Coway USA Inc. If you return a Product to Coway USA Inc. without all parts included in the original package, Coway USA Inc. retains the right to either (1) refuse delivery of such return or (2) deduct from the refund paid to you a restocking fee equal to the higher of (i) fifteen (15) percent of the original price of the Product or (ii) the retail value of the missing parts.
  3. Refunds will be processed and paid within 2 weeks of Coway USA Inc.’s receipt of the Product.
  4. Refunds will be reimbursed in the original form of purchase.

Please allow 4-8 weeks for return processing. Products returned to Coway USA, Inc. will receive a full refund and Coway USA, Inc. will pay for the return freight only if the return is a result of our error. For more information, please check your warranty policy in the user manual.

Warranty Policy

What This Warranty Covers: Commencing with the date of purchase of the Product and continuing for a period of one year, if manufacturing defects in the Product cause the Product to not operate properly for its intended use, then subject to the exclusions, conditions, and limitations contained herein, Coway at its sole option will repair or replace the Product.

1Coway air purifiers have been proven to trap dust, pollen, dander, viruses and bacteria in the air based on KCL (Korea Conformity Laboratories) testing.They have been tested in a 30㎥ size chamber according to the Korea Air Cleaning Association standard (SPS-KACA 002-132:2022 Modified) to measure the 0.01㎛ size of particle removal rate. It was tested on maximum airflow speed in normal room temperature and humidity conditions. The performance may vary in the actual living environment of customers.

3Aerosol test conducted in a Biosafety level 3 laboratory with two Coway air purifier models, Coway Airmega 250 and 400 for removal of SARS-CoV-2 Aerosol by US based MRI Global, a not-for-profit laboratory and partner of US Department of Defense. The test was conducted in a 13.1ft3 chamber. Virus was aerosolized for 15 minutes and the product was turned on high for 2 minutes. Result showed each product effectively removed over 99.98% of the SARS-CoV-2 in 2 minutes. This is a result from a laboratory experiment condition and result may vary in different conditions. This result does not imply it kills SARS-CoV-2 or prevents the transmission of Covid-19. Coway Airmega 250S and 400S are identical to the tested models and has equal performance with an additional mobile connectivity function.

5The coverage area of the air purifier is based on an area where the air cleaner can make two air changes per hour (ACPH). An air change per hour translates to how many times an air purifier can clean an area, assuming the height of a ceiling to be 8 ft, in one hour. Therefore ** means two air changes per hour means that the cleaner can clean the area once every 30 minutes and * means air changes per hour means that the air purifier can clean the area once every 60 minutes.
