Shipping Areas & Free Shipping Eligibility

• 48 Contiguous United States: Free standard ground shipping is available only for qualifying orders shipped to valid residential and commercial physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

• Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: Free shipping promotions do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. Territories and off-shore insular areas (including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands). Additional shipping fees may apply, or orders may be subject to cancellation depending on carrier availability.

Shipping Restrictions (P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses)

• No Delivery to P.O. Boxes: Please note that we strictly do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Since Coway products are shipped via premium ground carriers (such as FedEx or UPS), a valid physical street address is required for all deliveries. Any orders placed with a P.O. Box as the shipping address will be automatically canceled and refunded.

• APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We currently do not offer shipping to military addresses, including APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations.

Delivery Estimates & Risk of Loss

• Delivery Timelines: Any delivery dates or timeframes provided on our website are shipping estimates only and are not guaranteed. Coway is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by carrier issues, severe weather, or unforeseen logistical constraints.

• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Cowaymega.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.
