Subscription Policy
Subscriptions
We offer subscription plans based on the filter replacement cycle of each product. When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription frequency that you select. By clicking the "Subscribe" button in the user interface, and upon our verification of the payment methods that you submit to us, you consent to the Automatic Renewal Subscription. You could choose the mode of your Automatic Renewal Subscription: Periodical Subscription (6, 9, 12 months); and/or other subscription modes listed in the Application and/or Website (cowaymega.com).
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the start of each billing cycle. You will receive a renewal notification via email before each renewal. You acknowledge that you have verified the compatibility of the products you are purchasing with other equipment in your home. You are solely responsible for determining the compatibility of the products with other equipment in your home, and you accept that lack of compatibility is not a valid claim under the warranty provided with your Products and does not otherwise constitute a basis for receiving a refund after the 30-day refund policy.
Flexible Modifications
You can update your payment information, shipping address, and reschedule delivery dates through your online account by navigating to the "Manage Subscription" tab under "My Items". You can modify your subscription anytime however, it takes Two (2) days for the changes/modification to take effect. If you wish to modify your subscription options, please do so, at least, Two (2) days before the start of each billing cycle.
Shipping and Delivery
Products (filters) under subscription are eligible for free shipping, depending on your location. We aim to deliver before the scheduled delivery date; however, this may be subject to potential delays due to inventory and transportation circumstances.
SHORTAGES OF PRODUCT:
(a) Shortages of Product in AVAILABILITY may occur. When Products are NOT available, we will not attempt to bill you any expense. However, under extremely rare circumstances, our system may have charged you by error, for which we will provide a refund.
(b) Disclaimer. We shall not be held liable for limited availability. Any unsuccessful transaction resulting from product shortages shall not be deemed as our breach of this agreement.
Payment Methods
We accept only credit and debit cards for subscriptions, providing a convenient way to manage your subscription. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their duration. If you wish to avoid renewal, you have the option to cancel the subscription before the start of each billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your Subscription 48 hours prior to your next recurring Auto Renewal (shipping) date to avoid being charged. Simply log in to your account and navigate to the "Manage Subscription" tab under "My Items", then unsubscribe. Upon our notice confirming that the cancellation has been processed successfully, you will be released from the recurring payment obligations. Further Automatic Renewal Subscription fees will no longer be billed to you.

1Coway air purifiers have been proven to trap dust, pollen, dander, viruses and bacteria in the air based on KCL (Korea Conformity Laboratories) testing.They have been tested in a 30㎥ size chamber according to the Korea Air Cleaning Association standard (SPS-KACA 002-132:2022 Modified) to measure the 0.01㎛ size of particle removal rate. It was tested on maximum airflow speed in normal room temperature and humidity conditions. The performance may vary in the actual living environment of customers.

3Aerosol test conducted in a Biosafety level 3 laboratory with two Coway air purifier models, Coway Airmega 250 and 400 for removal of SARS-CoV-2 Aerosol by US based MRI Global, a not-for-profit laboratory and partner of US Department of Defense. The test was conducted in a 13.1ft3 chamber. Virus was aerosolized for 15 minutes and the product was turned on high for 2 minutes. Result showed each product effectively removed over 99.98% of the SARS-CoV-2 in 2 minutes. This is a result from a laboratory experiment condition and result may vary in different conditions. This result does not imply it kills SARS-CoV-2 or prevents the transmission of Covid-19. Coway Airmega 250S and 400S are identical to the tested models and has equal performance with an additional mobile connectivity function.

5The coverage area of the air purifier is based on an area where the air cleaner can make two air changes per hour (ACPH). An air change per hour translates to how many times an air purifier can clean an area, assuming the height of a ceiling to be 8 ft, in one hour. Therefore ** means two air changes per hour means that the cleaner can clean the area once every 30 minutes and * means air changes per hour means that the air purifier can clean the area once every 60 minutes.
